Shipping policy

At Real Scot Shop, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be accepted.

2. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on every order delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Our estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days.

This is made up of:

Order processing: 2–3 business days
Transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing begins after your order has been successfully placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

If tracking information is available for your shipment, we will provide it in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow some time for tracking details to become active after dispatch.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will help investigate the delay.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
